1. Introduction

Welcome to mydesi.net. By using our platform to upload and share videos, you agree to follow these Terms & Services (“T&S”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload.
• You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
• By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have the permissions needed to share it.

3. Prohibited content

The following may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

• Child sexual abuse material. Illegal everywhere, and reported to the authorities.
• Non-consensual material, including so-called revenge content and anything filmed without the knowledge of the people in it.
• Bestiality, incest, or extreme violence. Illegal in many jurisdictions.
• Deepfakes or manipulated material depicting a real person without their consent.

Breaking these rules leads to immediate removal of the content, suspension of the account, and a report to law enforcement where the law requires it.

4. How uploads are reviewed

mydesi.net is a user-upload platform. We do not produce, commission, or own the material posted here. Any registered user may upload a file, and what appears on the Website is what our users have chosen to put there.

Before a file becomes visible, a moderator reviews it against a short list of serious problems. We reject material that:

• appears to involve anyone under the age of 18;
• attacks or demeans a religion, or is likely to inflame religious hatred;
• is political campaigning, propaganda, or content targeting a public figure or party;
• is abusive towards law enforcement, or depicts or encourages violence against officers.

We may remove any content that breaks these terms, without prior notice. Users may report illegal or inappropriate content through our ticket system or by email to mydesi-dmca@keemail.me.

5. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted material has been uploaded without permission, you may submit a takedown request. It must include:

• Proof that you own the work, or that you are authorised to act for the owner.
• The full URL of every page you want removed.
• Your contact details.

Our DMCA Policy sets out the full requirements and what happens after a notice is received. The fastest route is the ticket system; by email, write to mydesi-dmca@keemail.me.

6. Limitation of liability

mydesi.net is a content-sharing platform. The material on it is uploaded by users, and we are not responsible for user-generated content beyond the obligations described in these terms and in our DMCA Policy.

We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from content uploaded by users. Nothing in this section limits our duty to act on valid notices, which we do as described above.

7. Account termination

We suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms, our DMCA Policy, or any applicable law. Repeat infringement is recorded against the account that uploaded the material, and an account that accumulates repeated infringements is closed.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Services at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Data we collect

• The time of every upload.
• The IP address of the user who uploaded it.
• The account the upload was made from.

This information is stored for security, legal compliance, and the prevention of abuse. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law enforcement or another legal obligation.

By using the platform you agree to this collection, and acknowledge that it may be used to investigate violations of these terms.
